Home Remedy for Diabetes



1. Daily do cardio exercises like jogging, brisk walking and skipping to reduce blood glucose level.

2. Follow a disciplined schedule pattern in your diet to enhance the proper working of metabolic system and digestion of food.

3. Keep an eye on the teeth, because the extra sugar in blood may promote decay of teeth.

4. Check your eyes yearly once with eye specialist because diabetes may cause adverse effects with your eyesight.

5. Include fibre rich food items like oats, Cereals, steamed food items, and fruits like apple, apricots, carrots, parsnips, winter squash, beets, and berries.

6. Include garlic and onions in large quantities.

7. Basil leaves reduce blood sugar levels.

8. Cactus juice is also recommended remedy for diabetes.



9. Leaves of bilberry plant reduce blood sugar levels.

10. Daily do meditation which prevents secretion of stress hormones which intensify secretion of insulin and glucose in blood.

11. Drink Green Tea three times to reduce blood sugar levels and cholesterol.

12. Eat Jambul fruit known as Indian Blackberry which reduces conversion of starch into sugar.

13. Prepare a juice with bitter gourd and amla. Drink this juice everyday on empty stomach.

14. Dry Curry leaves and make a powder of it. Mix this powder in milk or water and drink it every day. As well you can use dried neem leaves in the same way.
