Relief from Headache and Migraine Pain


1. Apply Lavender oil on the areas of pain, better to inhale lavender oil vapours from steam vapor in a bowl.

2. Apply peppermint oil on the areas of pain, better to inhale lavender oil vapors from steam vapor in a bowl.

3. Apply basil oil on the areas of pain, better to inhale lavender oil vapors from steam vapor in a bowl.

4. Avoid eating chocolate; peanut butter; fruits like avocado, banana, citrus and onion, meats like bacon and hot dogs; red wine; and foods that are fermented or pickled.

5. Gently massage your head, nose and eyes to increase blood flow.

6. Apply white willow and feverfew herbs on the affected areas.

7. Eat almonds and cooked flax seed, Buckwheat.

8. Apply basil oil on the areas of pain, better to inhale Apple cider vinegar vapors from steam vapor in a bowl.

9. Drink a glass of orange juice with 1 tablespoon of fish oil.

10. Do either cold compress or hot compress with a towel soaked with cold water or boiled water.


11. Drink tea added with ginger.

12. Drink plenty of water.

13. Drink warm water added with lemon juice.

14. Drink apple juice prepared in warm water.

15. Massage with Eucalyptus oil, almond or coconut oil.

16. Apply the warm paste of cinnamon on affected areas.

17. Eat betel leaves and apply the paste of betel leaves on the affected areas.

18. Eat vitamin B2 rich food items like cereal, nuts, milk and green leafy vegetables.
