Thyroid is a gland situated within your neck, controls all the metabolic processes of the body. There are two types, namely, hyper- and hypothyroidism depending on the overproduction and underproduction of thyroid hormone. These problems can be treated at initial stage. If it is not cured well, it can become a dangerous cancer. 

Home Remedies to Cure Thyroid Problem:

1. Eat Vitamin A enriched food items like egg, green vegetables, yellow coloured vegetables, and carrots .

2. Lyceum Berry is an ideal intake to stay away from thyroid issues.

3. Eat sea food items like hijke, arame, wakame, kombu, nori, and marine phytoplankton which puts your metabolism under control.

4. Include peas, nuts, starch rich potatoes, beans, lentils in your food to avoid thyroid problem.

5. Regularly do exercises to keep thyroid problem under control.


6. Eat iodine rich food stuffs like oats, strawberries, pineapple, asparagus, cabbage, onion and garlic.
