1. 45 minutes of brisk walking daily will make a change in your weight to reduce your overall body weight.

2. Take lemon juice from a half of a lemon or the whole lemon depending on the size. Mix it in warm water and drink it every day when you wake up from sleep in the early morning. Lemon juice in warm water will put your digestion system in commanding position to burn what you take. For better results, you can add one teaspoon of natural honey and ¼ tea spoon of black pepper to reduce your excessive fat efficiently. 

3. Mix one teaspoon of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in warm water and drink it before meals to digest your food and burn extra fat.


4. Drink orange, lemon, or grapefruit juice along with aloe vera jelly every day for efficient results.
